Toast hazelnuts for 8 to 10 minutes ina 350 degree oven and rub between a towel to remove skins.In a small bow, beat eggs, vanilla and extracts with a wire wisk. In a mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Divide dough and form into two logs, 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches wide. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 50 minutes or until baked through. Cool for 5 minutes on a rack. Slice diagonally at a 5 degree angle, 1/2 inch thick. Lay flat on cookie sheet and return to a 275 degree oven. Let cool on rack and store in a tightly sealed container.
