Here is how you make Choconana Bites:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together on a double broiler over medium-low heat. Stir in honey or stevia, if using, and vanilla and remove from heat. Let cool slightly, then gently stir in banana pieces. Move bananas to a parchment paper lined cookie-sheet and put in fridge for 30 minutes to harden chocolate.
