1/2 cup oats
6 Tablespoons reduced-fat baking mix (Bisquick)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons baking margaine*
1 Tablespoon sour cream (opt.)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Butter flavored baking spray


How Do I Make Blueberry, Pear, Almond Crisp?

Here is how you make Blueberry, Pear, Almond Crisp:

1. Preheat oven to 3502. Spray 8X8 baking dish with butter flavored baking spray (Pam is the best)3. In large bowl combine the sliced pears, and *1/2 cup Splenda and mix well.4. Now add the frozen blueberries gently so they do not color the pears.5. Spoon into baking dish.6. In medium bowl combine the oats, baking mix, cinnamon and remaining 1/2 cup Splenda7. Add 1Tablespoon of margarine* and sour cream. Mix well with pastry blender.[if a little dry add 1/2 teaspoon of water at a time till the mixture is crumbly about the size of small peas.]8. Stir in almonds.9. Sprinkle this mixture over the fruit mixture.10. Melt the 1 Tablespoon of margarine* and drizzle over the top.11. Lightly spray with butter flavored Pam12. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or till golden brown on top.13. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. 14. Cut into 6 servings.
