Line a 8 1/2 x 12 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.Crust: Pulse vanilla wafers and pecans in food processor until the mixture becomes crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse again. Spread into prepared pan.Filling: Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer until smooth. Add eggs one a time. Pour into pan over crust and smooth until even. Bake for about 40 min.Turn off oven and let pan stand in oven with door open for additional 15 min.
