1-Line your muffin cups with non stick spray, or use the paper things.2-mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. set aside.3-in a seperate bowl beat the egg whites, orage juice, oil and vanilla.4-Add the egg mixture to the dry mixture, stirring just unitl moistened.5-fold in blueberries. Then spoon the mix into the muffin cups so that they are about 1/2 full.6-bake at 400 degree oven for 17 minutes or golden brown.
