What Are The Ingredients For Blueberry-Ginger Crumble Recipe?The ingredients for Blueberry-Ginger Crumble are: 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries1/3 cup sugar (I used splenda) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup flour (I used whole wheat) 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (I used splenda brown sugar) 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, minced 1/3 cup butter (i used margarine) How Do I Make Blueberry-Ginger Crumble?Here is how you make Blueberry-Ginger Crumble: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Put the blueberries in a medium sized bowl and use a fork to slightly bruise the fruit. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice; stir, then set aside.In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup rolled oats, and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Then stir in 2 tablespoons of minced crystallized ginger. Slice the butter into squares and add to the dry ingredients. Cut the butter in with a fork to make a loose crumble.Stir the blueberries again and spread them in the bottom of a glass pie plate. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
