3 slices Diet wheat bread
1/4 cup Non fat milk
1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Craisins
2 Egg whites
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
10 Splenda packets ( ie 20 tsp)
6 sprays Margarine Spray
2 oz water
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 tsp Nutmeg, ground


How Do I Make Miss B's Apple Cran-Raisin Bread Pudding?

Here is how you make Miss B's Apple Cran-Raisin Bread Pudding:

Makes 4 servings1. Chop apple and saute in small pan with 2 oz water, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract until the texture begins to soften2 . Toast bread on low until hard; break bread into small pieces in small bowl.3. Add craisins to bread4. In another small bowl beat egg whites and add 1/2 cup water and non-fat milk5. Mix cooked apples with bread crumbs and craisins and put in 2 quart baking dish sprayed with cooking oil.6. Pour milk and egg mixture over apple mixture7. Bake in water bath ( put 2 qt dish in larger baking dish with 1/2 inch water) for 20 minutes at 375 degrees8. Crumble brown sugar over top of pudding and add Margarine spray to wet the sugar.9.
