Add all ingredients to a large Mixing Bowl and combine until mixed. Divide into two bread pans or 24 muffin tins. Sprinkle brown sugar and walnuts on top if desired.Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees for muffins. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes for bread pans or until knife comes out clean.
