Here is how you make Mandarin and Coconut Bread Pudding:

Place bread chunks in large bowl. In a separate bowl, throughly combine eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and coconut cream. Pour custard over bread mix well. Now either let soak into bread for at least 2 hours in refrigerator, or using clean hands, squish the bread into the custard until the custard has absorbed into the bread. Fold in the orange pieces.
