Here is how you make Aunt Kathleen's Irish Bread:

Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder and salt. Set aside. In separate bowl cream butter and sugar, add egg, sour cream and mix. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and mix ONLY until combined. Add raisins and caraway seeds. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
