Here is how you make Glazed Lemon Poppy Seed Bread:

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, poppy seeds, and chopped walnuts. In separate bowl beat butter, eggs,1 cup sugar, and lemon rind until mixed well. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to mixture until well blended. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake in 350? oven for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Prick loaf with toothpick and pour the lemon juice-sugar mixture over top of cake.
