Here is how you make Peach Bread/Cupcakes:

Cream butter, greadually adding sugar. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Mix together next 5 ingredients, add to creamed mixture alternating with adding peaches. Begin and end with flour mixture. Stir in OJ concentrate and vanilla, Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 1 hour (or makes 24 cupcakes, shorten cooking time to approx. 35 minutes)If making loaves, cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.This is good just as is, however if you would like you can add a cinnamon glaze to the top for a fe extra calories, but it adds a nice touch rather than frosting.
