In large bowl, sift together flour, spices, baking soda. Make a well in center & add sweet potato mixture. Mix until just moistened. Lightly stir in cranberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.Bake 50-60 minutes (depends on your oven) until tester comes out clean. Remove from oven & cool 10 minutes on rack. Remove bread from pan & finish cooling on rack. Seal tightly in plastic wrap & then foil - you can store frozen for up to a month. Or slice and freeze slices in baggies to be eaten as needed!
