2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Here is how you make Berry Bread Pudding:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Grease a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.3. Mix your eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt together in a large bowl. 4. Add bread and mix thoroughly, moistening all of the bread.5. Add berries to the mix and pour into the 9x13 pan.6. Sprinkle your brown sugar over the top of the mixture and melt your butter & drizzle it over the top.7. Bake approximately 45 minutes.Makes 8 servings. Delicious with Fat Free Cool Whip on top!
