Here is how you make Cherry Bread Pudding:

In a large bowl, beat eggs, add scalded milk slowly. Add vanilla, 2 T. brandy (not in nutritional info.) Add bread cubes and cherries and Mix well. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Pour bread mixture into a greased 13 x 9" pan sprayed with pam. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top is browned, and knife comes out clean.
