Here is how you make Eggless Bread Pudding:

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees- grease pan or individual ramekins with some of the butter- spread remaining butter on bread- tear or cut bread up- layer bread, butter side up, in pan. Add layers to fill pan.- in a sauce pan, mix cold milk, sugar, and corn starch very well- simmer over low heat, stirring coninuously, until mixture thickens- once mixture thickens, remove from heat and add vanilla.
