**NOTE** I use a pumpkin that has been oven baked before hand, and cut it up and puree it. Use real pumpkin like i do for the best results******1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Set aside.2)In a large bowl, beat together sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin puree. Stir in flour mixture.
