Sift flour. Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, pumpkin, and orange juice (milk can be substituted) and mix untl well blended. Add dried cranberries. Pour into 3 or 4 greased and floured coffee cans. Can use loaf pans if coffec cans are not available. Bake 50-65 minutes until toothpick test is clean. Cool before slicing. Freezes well.
