Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil together in medium bowl. Mix other ingredients in large bowl. Pour pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients and add cranberries. Leave some cranberries out to put on top. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Pour mix into slow cooker. Top with pecans and leftover cranberries. Cook on high for 2 hours. After cooking, take inner pot out to cool.
