Here is how you make Wheat Bread Pudding:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, melt ICBINB light spread, pour over bread cubes & mix. Pour in a 2 qt. baking dish. in the same bowl used for crumbs, whisk the eggs, add in sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Heat three cups milk, then slowly whisk into egg mixture. pour over crumbs in baking dish. sprinkle nutmeg over mixture. let sit for 5 minutes. Put in oven bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
