Here is how you make Apple Breakfast Strata:

Makes about 12 3x3" pieces.Use older bread, dry is good, cube it.Mix with chopped apples and raisins.In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, cinnamon and sugar. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray, add bread mixture, sprinkle in cream cheese chunks if desired. Pour egg mixture over the top with stirring (to keep the sugar mixed.)
