Here is how you make Single-Serving Brownie:

Preheat oven to 350. Grind the flax, then add the milk. Let it sit while you mix the dry ingredients. Mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and stevia in a separate bowl. Stir well. Then go back to your liquids and add coconut oil, vanilla, and vinegar. You want the coconut oil to be melted, so if it is solid, you can put the liquids on top of your preheating oven for a minute to melt. Stir the liquids, then pour into the dry ingredients. Stir well.
