Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with Pam.Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.Add yogurt, vanilla and 3 Tbsp milk. Stir until completely absorbed into dry ingredients. It will be very thick. Add another Tbsp of milk if it is clumpy and needs more moisture.Spread into prepared pan.Bake 20-24 minutes.
