Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix brownie mix, applesauce, two egg whites and water. Pour into a 13x9 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix Neufchatel cheese, sugar, flour and one egg white until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls over brownie batter. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool in pan. Cut into 32 (2x3 inch) pieces.
