Here is how you make Guiltless Blondie Brownies:

Sift flour, brown sugar, soda and salt together. Add nuts to dry ingredients. Melt butter and add sugar and 1 teaspoon hot water. Add flour, a small amount at a time, mixing well. Mix in 2/3 cup chocolate chips. Spread in a 9 x 9 x 2 pan which has been greased. Sprinkle the other 2/3 cup of chocolate chips over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
