Get creative and try adding other types of chips or dried cherries, nuts, mint or almond extract, etc. Don't be fooled by their plain appearance, they're awesome. What Are The Ingredients For Jori's brownies Recipe?The ingredients for Jori's brownies are: 3/4 cup flour1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt (optional: 1 tsp instant espresso powder) 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (Trader Joe's or Callebaut works best!) 1/2 cup margarine or butter (1 stick) 1/2 cup Eggbeaters 1 cup granulated sugar (can use some Splenda & adjust stats) 1 tsp vanilla 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips (or 1 cup & 1/2 cup of white choc chips, or try with: mint chips, dried cherries & 1/4 tsp almond extract) How Do I Make Jori's brownies?Here is how you make Jori's brownies: Makes 24 browniesSift together flour, salt, baking powder (& espresso powder), set aside. Preheat oven to 350. In medium saucepan, melt margarine and stir in 3oz chopped chocolate. Turn off heat & stir in sugar. Next add vanilla & Eggbeaters. Finally stir in chocolate chips & any other extras (dried cherries, nuts, etc).Line a 9x13 pan with double layer of foil so that foil hangs over both edges. Spray with cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake at 350 for ~25 minutes. Brownies will still look fudgy. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on wire rack. Cut into four horizontal rows and 6 vertical rows to make 24 brownies.
