1 box of family sized brownie mix*
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (substitute for oil)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute

Here is how you make Freeze Mug Brownies:

Line a cupcake tin with paper cupcake liners.Stir the applesauce, water, and liquid eggs into the brownie mix until it is thoroughly mixed.Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup scoop the brownie batter into the lined cupcake pan.Once all the mix is used move the pan to freezer. You want it to lay flat or else it may spill creating a large mess. Let it freeze completely overnight.The next day remove the frozen brownie batter from the cupcake liners and put them into a gallon size bag. They may look similar to a hockey puck. Store the bag in freezer.When you want a brownie simply take one of the frozen batter "pucks" out of the bag and place in a coffee mug. Then microwave it for 30 seconds. Check it. It should be ready. If it needs more time add it in 10 second increments. You don't want to burn it.
