Here is how you make Fudgy Truffle Brownies:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F2. Beat eggs and salt together until frothy. Add sugar and beat until eggs are thick and pale yellow (2-3 minutes more). Add vanilla extract and beat 30 more seconds.3. Put butter and chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Butter will melt, stir until the chocolate melts completely.4. With the mixer running, pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.5. Add flour and beat 1 minute.6. Grease small brownie pan (I used 9" by 4"). Bake brownies 15-20 minutes until center is barely set. Remove pan and let cool. Top with ganache and freeze for at least 1 hour.Ganache: Melt chocolate chips and cream.
