(6 oz) whole wheat flour 2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips How Do I Make Whole Grain Fudge Brownies? Here is how you make Whole Grain Fudge Brownies: Preheat oven to 350 & lightly grease a 9x13" pan.Melt the butter in a medium bowl in the microwave. Add sugar and stir to combine. Return the mix to the microwave briefly until it's hot and starting to bubble. Stir in the cocoa, baking powder, salt, espresso powder (if using) and vanilla. Cool the mixture until you can test it comfortably with your finger-- should be lukewarm.Whisk in eggs, stirring until smooth. Then add the flour & chocolate chips, again stirring until smooth. Spoon batter into pan and bake about 30 minutes, or until a knife in the center shows wet crumbs, but not raw batter. Let cool on a rack. These are *much* better 24 hours later b/c the wheat flour softens.(These can always be made lighter, but I like the real thing. You can sub half the butter for unsweetened applesauce w/o a huge texture change)Number of Servings: 24Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MYSHELLE10.What's The Nutritional Info For Whole Grain Fudge Brownies? The nutritional information for Whole Grain Fudge Brownies is:
