Stir together almond flour, baking powder, salt and Splenda; set aside. In a microwave bowl, on high, melt the butter, cream cheese and the chocolate, stirring frequently (it usually takes me about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 or 45 seconds). Add the Splenda mixture to the chocolate mix, plus the eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan, spread evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.*NOTE - You can use 1 cup of butter if you don't have any cream cheese instead of the mix of both.- Add nuts or other crunchies if you want. Pecans are good.
