Here is how you make Black Russian Brownies:

preheat oven to 350 F. Line bottom of 13X9 inch baking pan with waxed paper. Melt chocolate and butter with pepper in small saucepan over low heat, sturring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool. COmbine eggs, sugar, vanilla in large bowl; beat well. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture, kahlua and vodka. Combine flour, salt and baking powder; add chocolate misture and stir until blended. Add walnuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan.Bake just until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean; about 25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
