1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Lightly coat an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.2. In a large mixing bowl, sif totgether the flours, Splenda, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine canola oil, vanilla extract, egg whites, applesauce and water. Pour applesauce mixture into flour mixture, and stir until just combined. (Stirring too much will make a tough brownie)4. Pour brownie batter into baking dish and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 15 minutes or until edges spring back when touched gently.
