Here is how you make Peanut Butter Bars:

Combine melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix together until a soft crumb forms. Press evenly into 8"x4" pan. Top with golden raisins and press lightly into peanut butter layer. Set aside.Heat chocolate chips over double boiler until melted. Spread evenly over peanut butter and raisins. Allow to cool to room temperature to set.
