**NOTE: PREP TIME INCLUDES 3 HOUR REFRIGERATION OF COOKIE DOUGH!**1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.2. Cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter in a standup mixer until fluffy. 3. Add the egg and combine thoroughly.4. Gradually add the flour mixture until it's mixed into a uniform dough, making sure to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl down. 5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for three hours. 6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 7. Measure dough out in heaped teaspoonfuls and roll into balls with your hands. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. **For a lil' extra "sumthin-sumthin" you can roll the dough balls in granulated sugar prior to placing on ungreased cookie sheets.8. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.9. Remove cookies from oven and place an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the center til it melts just a lil' bit. 10.
