mix the flour,baking powder,bicarbonate,and salt together and set aside.on another bowel mix the eggs ,vanilla and sugar with an electric mixer for 2 mins,then gradulayy add the oil and the yougur, then add the dry mixture slowly with keeping mix for a 2 min.dice the apple into small pieces then mix them with a small amount of flour.then add the apples to the cake mixin an oven pan (20 cmX 20 cm) spray it with cooking spray .then put the mixture in the pan.and spread the cinnamon over the top of the mix.put it in preheat oven(180) for 30 min .you can put instead of white flour , wheat flour but we have to put more 0.5 tsp baking powder.Serving Size:?16 pieces
