3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Splenda for baking
1/4 cup butter
1t vanilla
8 oz fat free cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3 cups apples, peeled cored and chopped small
1/3 cup sugar
2 t cinnamon


How Do I Make Cinnamon Apple Cake?

Here is how you make Cinnamon Apple Cake:

Cream together butter, sugar, splenda, vanilla and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each, and applesauce. Add flour, salt, and baking powder, stir together. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle some over apples and reserve some to sprinkle on top of the cake. Stir the apples and cinnamon sugar together, then stir that into the cake batter. Pour into a 9 inch springform pan that's been sprayed with no-stick spray. Top with reserved cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, or until a toothpick tests clean.
