Cream together all the ingredients for the batter in a food processor. Pour into a well buttered 25cm cake tin.Place the prunes on the batter. Spoon over the walnet and sugar mixture. Arrange the apple slices on top of the walnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for 45 minutes.Sprinkle the surface with the sugar and some cinnamon.
