Here is how you make Karla's Apple Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil, sugar, then bean in eggs one at at time. In seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add to oil mixture and beat well. Fold in apples, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into well greased Bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes until knife in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool. Drizzle with icing and additional nuts if desired.Icing:Melt butter in saucepan, add sugar and milk, stir. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when it boils and stir in vanilla.
