3.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup, chopped Pecans


How Do I Make Aniyunwiya Cake?

Here is how you make Aniyunwiya Cake:

Put sugar and bacon grease into a cast iron pot and heat. Stir in water or milk, raisins, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Bring to a boil and cook at boiling for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pot from stove and allow to cool. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add this to cooled mixture and beat thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into buttered baking pan Bake at 350F. for 40 minutes.
