Add butter, pulse to combine coarsely. Add egg & vanilla, pulse several times or until dough balls up. Pat into 9" springform pan (tart pan will also work - baking time will be reduced). Chill 10 minutes. Mix peaches, blueberries, sugar & flour together. Add to pie pan. Bake at 375 for 1:15 (tart pan) or 1:30 (springform pan). Cool slightly, then unmold.
