CAKE: Combine in a bowl flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. In a sauce pan put oil, oleo, peanut butter, and water; bring to a rolling boil. Beat the liquids into the dry mixture. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs. Pour into a floured and greased sheet cake pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick.FROSTING: In a sauce pan bring peanut butter, oleo, and milk to a boil. While stirring gradually add powder sugar and vanilla.
