Preheat oven to 325. Spray 9x13 pan.Combine dry ingredients. Add apple juice, carrot, oil and egg whites. Beat at low until the ingredients are combined. Beat on medium for 2 more minutes.Pour into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes until firm to touch. Cool.Combine cream cheese, corn syrup and vnilla.
