Here is how you make Carrot Cake (Revised):

CARROT CAKE (MADE WITH JR. BABY FOOD) Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix agave nectar and applesauce together. To this agave/applesauce mixture add carrots, egg beaters, vanilla and nuts (optional). mix thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
