Here is how you make Glutten Free Carrot Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray.Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk whole egg and egg yolk, sugars, yogurt, oil, baby food and vanilla in a med. bowl. Stir in pineapple and carrot.stir flour mixture a little at a time into the wet mixture until just blended. Coos for 45 min. or until toothpick comes clean. Cool in pan 30 minutes, Invert cake and cool 30 more minutes. Mix together cream cheese, confectionary sugar and vanilla.
