1. Preheat oven to 350?.2. Combine flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add 2 cups grated carrot and toss to combine.3. Place sugar, Splenda, brown sugar, and 6 Tbsp butter in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until combined. Add egg whites, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
