2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Here is how you make Kelly's Carrot Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Then add applesauce, vanilla and pineapple. Mix well. Stir in carrots. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together and add to carrot mixture. Stir until just mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
