Pre heat oven to 350Coat 9X13 pan w/cooking spraySoak raisins in orange juice & water while you puree the beans and pineapple in a food processor. Add the raisins(and soaking liquid), flax meal, brown sugar, egg and vanilla to the Food Processor and pulse to mix. Mix the shredded carrots and food processor contents together. Sift together the dry ingredients. Add and mix in about 1/3 of the dry into the wet until all is incorporated.
