1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening or 1 stick butter
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (optional)


How Do I Make No Frost Cake?

Here is how you make No Frost Cake:

Mix water & oatmeal. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix brown Sugar & white sugar, eggs & butter. Add oatmeal. Stir in flour, salt,, soda and cocoa. Pour in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then add nuts (not in calorie count). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.Nuts are optional and I do not use so they are not in the calorie count.
