Add coffee, shortening, raisins to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.Add all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Pour in liquid mixture and stir well. Pour into a 9X13 greased &floured cake pan. Optional: add choclolate chips and let them gently sink into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutesMakes approx. 25 2 inch servings.Serve warm..no frosting neccessary!
