1 1/4 cup fat free milk

ICING
1 cup sugar or sugar substitute
2 TBS corn starch
2 TBS cocoa

How Do I Make Austin Cream Cake?

Here is how you make Austin Cream Cake:

Beat egg whites, add sugar, and then apple sauce. Sift together flour and baking powder and gradually add to egg whites, along with milk.Prepare 2 8" round cake pans by spraying with cooking spray and dusting with flour. Pour 1/2 of batter into each pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly in pans and then turn out to cooling racks until completeloy cooled.Wisk together pudding mix and milk. Spread on top of one cooled cake layer and top with second layer.Combine sugar and corn starch in blender and grind until powdery. Add cocoa.
